Unit sizes and prices
Each size with what it holds, its volume and its monthly price. Ceilings are 2.5 m high: the volume counts as much as the floor.
1 m² locker
About ten boxes
A few boxes, suitcases or archives, in a locker at hand height.
3 m²
A student room
The contents of a student room or a cellar, boxes and a few pieces of furniture.
5 m²
A studio flat
A studio flat, or the stock of a small online shop.
10 m²
A two-bedroom flat
A two- or three-bedroom flat, with appliances, during works or between two leases.
15 m²
A small house
A small house, or a craftsman's tools and materials.
20 m²
A family house
A family house, or business equipment and archives.
Outdoor container
Bulky equipment
A 15 m² container in the yard, accessible by van, for bulky or professional storage.
How storage works here
By the month, notice of 15 days
No minimum period beyond the first month. You leave with 15 days' notice, and change size whenever a unit is free.
Your code, your padlock
A personal code opens the gate and the building. Only your padlock closes your unit: nobody else holds the key.
Goods insured
Stored goods must be insured: through our contract, from a few euros a month according to the declared value, or through your own policy if it covers them.
What cannot be stored
Food and perishables, flammable or dangerous products, gas bottles, weapons and explosives, animals, illegal goods. Nobody lives or works in a unit.
Load at the door
Ground-floor units open onto the driveway. Trolleys and a goods lift are lent free of charge for the upper floor.
A deposit, returned
One month's rent as a deposit, returned when you leave the unit empty and clean.
On site
What comes with the unit, and what can be added.
Trolleys and goods lift
Lent free of charge to bring everything to the first floor.
Boxes and padlocks
Moving boxes, tape, covers and padlocks sold at the office.
Delivery reception
For business customers: parcels received at the office and kept for you.
Video protection
Cameras on the gate, the driveways and the corridors, fenced and lit site.
Goods insurance
A contract according to the declared value, or your own policy.
Invoice for businesses
Monthly invoice in your company's name, VAT shown.

Online or by phone, for the date you want. The unit is kept for you.
Sign at the office
ID, proof of address, the contract and the insurance: fifteen minutes.
Move in
Your code works at once. Bring your padlock, or buy one at the office.
3 m², a year abroad
"Student in Montreal for a year: my room fits in a 3 m² unit. Paid by the month, I will give notice when I come back."
10 m², during works
"Six months of works in the house: the furniture waited in a 10 m² unit on the ground floor. We came by car on Saturdays to fetch what we needed."
5 m², online shop
"My online shop's stock is in a 5 m² unit. Deliveries are received at the office when I am not there."
